The Hague GAA club would like to extend an invitation to all Men's and Ladies Gaelic football teams to their third annual European Invitational Gaelic Football Tournament 2009!

The tournament will take place on the 21st February 2009 at the WRC Rugby Club, the Hague. It is aimed at adult football teams playing at junior level in Ireland and will be restricted to 6 men's teams and 4 ladies teams.

Is your team looking for an opportunity to take a trip outside of Ireland to pit your football skills against a host of visiting teams and the Hague Men's and Ladies teams, with a chance to take the European Invitational Trophy back home.

Playing 11-a-side for men and 9-a-side for ladies, on a rugby sized pitch, teams will battle it out in a series of group matches with the strongest teams contesting the finals.

Building on the success of previous tournaments, Den Haag GAA club have established this event into a premier invitational tournament for visiting Irish clubs.

Enjoy a full day of high quality football followed by a dinner and presentation ceremony and the best of Dutch night life.

The Hague is easily accessible from Ireland at a very reasonable price from Dublin, Cork and Belfast with Ryanair or Aerlingus. It is a 30min train ride from Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport or one hour and a half from Eindhoven airport. Accommodation can also be arranged in the Hague city centre at excellent rates.
